I'm Using My Active and Creative Kids Voucher, Why Do I Have To Pay At Checkout?
From 2024, the new Active and Creative Kids Program only allows vouchers to be used for lessons. Vouchers cannot be solely used for materials. Therefore, we have to charge a small fee for our great value lesson materials. Its definitely worth it 😀

Am I Eligible For An Active And Creative Kids Voucher?
All families on Tax Benefits Part A/B or Both residing in NSW are eligible for a FREE Active and Creative Kids Voucher valued at $50. For more information, visit Service NSW Online or Apply at  https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-for-an-active-and-creative-kids-voucher
Can I Use My Active and Creative Kids Voucher For More Than One Lesson/ Set Of Lesson Materials?
Service NSW only allows Active and Creative Kids Vouchers to be used once. If you would like to purchase additional lessons, additional vouchers will be required. For example: One Active and Creative Kids Voucher entitles you to one FREE Lesson only. One lesson purchase entitles you to the option of purchasing one set of lesson materials only.Â
What If I Can't Attend The Lesson?
No worries. Your craft pack filled with lesson materials will be sent within 1-2 Business Days. You're free to book your lesson at a later date. It will be there for you as long as the class is available. Craft Fun cannot force you to attend as we understand family commitments. No rush. However, if you are booked in and cannot attend, please allow 48 hours notice or you may forfeit your lesson. Yes, we accept Active and Creative Kids Vouchers. In 2024, the NSW Government has changed the voucher program to Active and Creative Kids. For more details on the program, please visit Service NSW Online.

Yes! Service NSW only allows Active and Creative Kids Vouchers to be used for lessons. You can purchase a creative kids craft pack filled with good quality art supplies for children's lesson materials. Everything is included for children to complete creative craft projects plus more! They're really great value!

You can use your Active and Creative Kids Voucher at Craft Fun. Use your voucher for a Creative Kids FREE Lesson and add a Craft Pack from $2.95 filled with art supplies for your lesson materials.
